Requirements

1. Hold master's degree or equivalent for PhD applications
2. Hold PhD degree for postdoc research applications
3. Be born after December 31, 1989 (PhD) or 1986 (Postdoc)
4. Have graduation date after July 31, 2021 (PhD) or 2019 (Postdoc)
5. Demonstrate academic excellence
6. Show clear research proposal
